SUPERNATURAL! MAY 11-13, 2009          Build Men, Build Churches! Leaders representing 42 nations and over 60,000 churches meet in Dallas at the Lions Roar strategy conference. The Lions Roar conference just conducted in Dallas has thrust CMN into a new level of action, effectiveness, power and focus. Strategy sessions were conducted for creating a high impact and increasingly effective men’s movement in every continent of the world. Doug Stringer said, “Human impossibility is Heaven’s opportunity!” That we must go after the men of our world, regardless of what it looks like, because, “we are the Church and we have taken the responsibility of reaching preaching the Gospel and establishing the Kingdom!” Another leader said, “We have set into motion a new wave of the global men’s movement that will challenge the culture and change the hearts of men around the world!” HIGH IMPACT MEN’S EVENTS – The photos represent recent national and regional men’s events conducted by CMN in Lima, Peru / San Pedro Sula, Honduras / Mongolia / Evansville, Indiana / Nashville, Tennessee / Indonesia / Uganda / Germany / Manila, Philippines / and Dallas, Texas. 2009 LIONS ROAR SUMMIT MEETINGS – Dallas. We have set a very clear strategy for the next five years – an exponential growth in the number of leaders and a strengthening of the core of the ministry. Clear vision brings effective action, strong decisions. Five core elements were agreed to and they are: Build a Strong Core – a Hub for the global men’s ministry and the initiatives which are part of CMN. This includes a centralized coordinator, tracking and maintaining community for the commissioned men, the networking of international and domestic events and maintaining the archives of Dr. Cole’s personal ministry and life. Commitment to Technology – the media, internet delivery of materials around the world, global distribution of materials and building the presence, position and impact of the CMN brand and movement. International Coaching Coalition – building a powerful and effective network of leaders who can help leaders implement the men’s movement. This could multiply the ministry to men by an exponential number...it’s huge. It also involves the planning of regional and citywide catalytic men’s events all over the world – and training top leaders in the developing of networks of leaders. The Timothy Project – reaching, training and empowering the next generation. Young warriors who are challenged with the adventure of truly becoming real men, men who will change the culture of their generation – in whatever nation they are – this is a global initiative! This will involve the internet, music, youth materials and telling heroic stories to raise the level of faith in young men! We’re launching the first wave Father’s Day, 2009! The Timothy Project also fully contains a fathering initiative – that is the true long term effective solution to raising strong young leaders... we will start leading the young men, but the long term goal must be strong fathers! Build Men, Build Churches! Gideon’s 300 was launched – churches and leaders who will give monthly to see the ministry set at a higher level of strength an effectiveness. This group will maintain a monthly commitment of at least $75.00 per month, and many have signed on at $300/mo. to be part of the Gideon’s 300 band of warriors. This will thrust our core issues into a working and highly effective place of impact. When Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, prayed over them and told the disciples to give to the people – he did not give them a back-up plan... there was no safety net. Reaching men for Christ is the plan... there is no back-up plan, no other way to establish the Kingdom, to change the world, to see Jesus alive in the hearts of men, women, children.
